Phase 1:357 is a 3-week roadmap concept, designed to help you tune into your voice while putting your intentions into practice. As your food journey unfolds week by week, this roadmap supports you without pressure or labels—no “vegan,” or “vegetarian” expectations.

Phase 2 – Reset is a 3-week guided journey created with you in mind—designed to support reflection, intentional choices, and plant-first wellness.
In this phase, Keoki uses her 21 Days to Your Natural Reset Book Journal to walk alongside you, offering a real-life glimpse into her transition toward consuming mostly plant-forward foods. This guide includes meaningful reflections and dedicated space for you to revisit, revise, and grow.

Phase 3: The Phytegrity™ Experience
This 2-week phase is the implementation stage of the Phytegrity™ Method, designed for individuals who are ready to move from learning into action.
Completion of Phase II is required before entering this phase, as Phase III builds upon the foundation established in the previous phase.
In this phase, you will step into a more focused, guided experience where you actively apply the Phytegrity™Method.
